We make every effort to display colors and items as accurately as possible on our site. However, the actual color and fabric you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display matches the color of the item precisely.

Product Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing or item description will be corrected at our discretion.
If we list multiple quantities of an item, we only guarantee availability of the item in the quantity listed at the time of purchase. Items may sell out and quantities available may change at any time.
Promotional offers are only valid while items remain in stock. Nine Britton® reserves the right to cancel orders and/or limit quantities for any reason prior to shipment.
Making Purchases
To place an order on our online store:
- Browse products and arrive at product page
- Select desired style, color, size and quantity
- Click “Add to Bag”
- When finished shopping, click shopping bag icon then “Checkout”
- If not already logged in, log in with your username and password or continue as guest
- Enter your shipping address and payment information then click “Place Order”
Your order and payment constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions listed herein. Nine Britton® reserves the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders for any reason.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.
Payment Methods & Processing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through industry-standard encryption.
Once an order is submitted, payment is processed and your financial account is charged. As soon as payment is received you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Promotions & Coupons
From time to time, Nine Britton® may offer promotions and coupon codes that can be applied to purchases. The following restrictions apply:
- Promo codes and coupons can only be applied during the checkout process
- Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed
- Codes must be entered exactly as shown or advertised
- Promo codes are one-time use only, unless otherwise stated
Nine Britton® reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion or coupon at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reject any coupon that we believe, in our sole discretion, was not legitimately obtained and/or used.
Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of your order to you through standard shipping carriers or premium shipping at your request and cost. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign and accept delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Times
- Standard (3-7 business days): Free on orders $100+
- Express (2-3 business days): $15 flat fee
- Overnight (next business day): $30 flat fee
Nine Britton® is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other events outside of our control. We will notify you by email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Signature Confirmation: Signature of an adult resident is required for all delivery methods. If no one is available to sign, the shipping carrier will attempt to deliver the package at a later time or leave a note requesting you contact them to schedule a delivery.
Shipping Discrepancies: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. If boxes appear tampered with or damaged, note any such damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt prior to signing. Contact us within 5 days of delivery regarding any discrepancies or damaged items. Save all packaging materials until issue is resolved.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs unless otherwise noted.
Returns & Exchanges
Nine Britton® accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of original delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for initial shipping fees to them and return shipping costs back to Nine Britton®.
To return or exchange an order:
- Initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery through your account portal.
- Repackage the product securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Attach provided return shipping label or use any major shipping carrier.
- Insure and track your return package in case lost in transit.
- You will receive a refund minus original shipping fees once the return is received and inspected. Allow 7 days for refund processing.
Sale items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and immediately ship any replacements once the return is received.
User Account Access
To use features like shopping cart and checkout, you are required to create a user account which includes a unique username and password.
It is your responsibility to ensure your login credentials are secure and remain confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use so we can take appropriate steps to secure your account.
Nine Britton® is not liable for any loss or damages from unauthorized use of accounts due to compromised credentials or user error.

Limitation of Liability
